How to make crispy and delicious salt and pepper chicken wings
Chicken wings have always been my favorite. Coke chicken wings, roast chicken wings, sauce chicken wings ate too much, and wondered if he could eat them in another way. I just found that there was salt and pepper powder at home to make salt and pepper shrimp, so I thought about giving it a try. I didn't expect it to be delicious. It's simple, easy to make and delicious.
condiments
Chicken wings (moderate amount)
condiment
Salt and pepper (right amount)
kitchenware
electric oven
1 Prepare ingredients and some chicken wings (I didn't dare to cook too much for the first time, so I only made four chicken wings).
A small packet of salt and pepper powder (from the supermarket).
Wash the chicken wings and cut them one or two times before and after. Knives are used to taste better when submerged.
3 according to the number of chicken wings, pour salt and pepper as appropriate. I used four chicken wings and most of the salt powder.
4. After pouring the salt and pepper powder, knead it by hand, let the salt and pepper powder spread the chicken wings evenly, and then immerse it for more than 1 hour. If the weather is hot, you can drown in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spray a little cooking oil evenly on the baking tray.
Put the submerged chicken wings on a baking tray and spray some cooking oil on the surface of the chicken wings.
Chicken wings in the oven.
Bake chicken wings for 10 minutes, then take them out and turn them over.
Bake the turned chicken wings for another 8 minutes, and then take them out. If you like the crispy skin of chicken wings, you can turn off the heat and bake them in the oven for five minutes before taking them out.
8 delicious salt and pepper chicken wings are ready! Now load the plates.
Tip:
1, the amount of salt and pepper powder depends on the number of chicken wings. You can rub the chicken wings and pour the salt and pepper powder, as long as the chicken wings can be coated with salt and pepper powder on all sides.
2. The pepper powder I used contains Chili powder, so the chicken wings are a little spicy. If the salt and pepper powder used does not contain Chili powder, you can sprinkle some Chili powder when it is flooded.
