Mushroom ribs and abalone soup
Composition:
Pork ribs, abalone, dried mushrooms, ginger slices, salt and vinegar.
Exercise:
1 Wash all the ingredients and blanch the ribs with boiling water.
Abalone should be washed with a brush. If the shell is dirty, it should be washed.
3 Wash the dried mushrooms and soak them in warm water.
4 Put all the washed materials into the pressure cooker and inject clean water until they are submerged.
5 drops of 3-4 drops of vinegar, press 15 minutes.
When the pressure cooker can be opened, add salt to taste.
