Scrambled eggs with minced meat
Ingredients: 22 pieces of minced meat and 3 eggs.
Seasoning: salt, monosodium glutamate, starch, sesame oil and chopped green onion.
Compilation: 1. Add salt, monosodium glutamate, starch, water and sesame oil into minced meat and mix well.
2. Add salt to the eggs and then break them up.
Practice: add oil to the pot. After the oil is hot, pour in the evenly stirred minced meat and stir-fry it slightly. Then add the egg liquid and stir-fry until it is solid. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and stir-fry it evenly. Then take it out of the pot and put it in a basin, and it is finished.
Note: 1. Eggs are a regular food at home and can be used when taken out.
I buy minced meat from the supermarket. I like to pack a box into two or three copies, and I only need to take out one of them when I use it.
