The method of stir-frying pig's trotters is as follows:
Ingredients: 1 pig's trotter, 4 bell peppers, 5 red peppers
Seasoning: appropriate amount of salt , blend a small amount of oil
Steps:
1. Blanch the pig's feet and press them in a pressure cooker until they are 8 mature.
