Materials: 1 cauliflower, 100g of diced celery, 100g of sliced almonds, 100g of onion, 900ml of water, cauliflower broth after cooking cauliflower, crushed peanuts, black pepper, olive oil, "Himalayan" salt.
Methods:
1. Cut cauliflower into small pieces and cook in 900ml water, remove cauliflower and reserve the water
