2 tablets of Shage (about 1kg), carrots 1 root, 2 green onions, Chinese cabbage 150g, garlic 1 spoon, coriander 1 small handle, 50g minced pork, 20g dried shrimp and 20g Daoxiao Noodles.
working methods
1. Shred/planed Radix Astragali, carrot, green onion and cabbage, and cut coriander into small pieces.
2. Add a little salt, soy sauce, sesame oil and corn flour to the minced meat, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.
3. Wash and drain the dried shrimps and hanging pieces.
4. Put 3 tablespoons of oil in the pot. Stir-fry shrimp skin and shredded noodles with low fire, put them in a pot for later use, and pour minced garlic and minced meat into hot oil for stir-frying.
5. Add shredded sage and stir-fry over medium heat for 10 minute until the sage becomes soft.
6. Add shredded cabbage and stir-fry for 3 minutes, then add shredded onion and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
7. Finally, add shredded radish and continue to stir fry for 3 minutes.
8. Season with soy sauce, add coriander and mix well.

~ you can fry the shredded Shago a little dry, so you can wrap it in lettuce and enjoy it together.
~ during the cooking process, you can see that the shredded vegetables are drained first and then collected. There is no need for a drop of water in the whole process, only soy sauce is used for seasoning.
