Production process:

5. Roll out the relaxed dough and fold it in half from the top and bottom 1/3 to the middle to form a pillow shape.
6. Arrange the shaped bread on the baking sheet and send it to the oven for secondary fermentation (about 30 minutes). The fermented dough will be equivalent to twice the original size.
7. Brush the surface of the bread that has undergone secondary fermentation with egg yolk evenly.
8. Preheat the oven to 180°C, put the baking sheet into the middle of the oven again, and bake for 20 minutes on top and bottom heat. When the bread starts to color, cover it with a layer of bread after about 5-6 minutes. Layer tin foil to avoid burning the bread.
