"1Q84" is worth reading.
The novel "1Q84" uses a double line to present the story. In the novels written by Haruki Murakami, there are almost always two threads of reality and non-reality intertwined, which is Haruki Murakami's unique creative style. By depicting the two worlds, Haruki Murakami insinuates the real world with the non-real world, echoes rational thinking with absurd and uninhibited contents, and finally unearths the truest part of modern human nature.
In 1Q84, Haruki Murakami still continues this style, describing the two worlds of 1984 and 1Q84, one being the real world and the other the non-real world. And it describes two people who also live parallel lives in 1Q84.
Odd-numbered chapters are written about "Aodo" and even-numbered chapters are written about "Tengo", and the stories of the two people are two parallel lines. These two lines do not interfere with each other and develop separately. The two-line pattern is the usual pattern of Haruki Murakami.
