1, sesame paste

1 Add sesame seeds and peanut butter to the bowl, and add water to mix sesame paste and peanut butter evenly.
2 Wash the garlic, peel it and grind it into mud for later use.
3 Add the garlic paste and other seasonings into the bowl, and stir and mix.
2. Sesame porridge
[Materials] Rice150g, sesame 50g, and proper amount of sugar.

1 Stir-fry sesame seeds in a pot, crush them into powder, add rice and add appropriate amount of water.
2 Bring to a boil with high fire, then turn to low heat until the rice porridge is thick (rice cooker with porridge cooking function can also be used), add sesame powder, and add sugar after the porridge is slightly boiled.
3. Sesame paste

70 grams of black sesame, 35 grams of glutinous rice flour, 40 grams of sugar, and a proper amount of walnuts.

1 Dry-fry black sesame seeds in a pan until they are fragrant, and put the fried black sesame seeds into a cooking machine and beat them into fine powder.
2 Dry-fry glutinous rice flour in a pot until it is light yellow.
Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and pour in black sesame powder.
4 Open fire and heat, stir well while cooking, then add cooked glutinous rice flour and continue to mix well.
5 add sugar after boiling, continue to cook until it melts, turn off the fire, and sprinkle with a little chopped walnuts.
