One section of lotus root, 500 grams of tube bone, appropriate amounts of ginger, salt and vinegar.
Method
1. Chop the tube bone, ginger slices and appropriate amount of water into a pot and blanch.
2. Peel the lotus root and cut into hob pieces.
3. Put the blanched tube bones into a bowl and set aside.
4. Boil the blanched tube bones and lotus root pieces in a pot with an appropriate amount of water.
5. After boiling over high heat, add a little vinegar.
6. Turn to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour, add appropriate amount of salt.
7. Add an appropriate amount of fresh vegetables, turn off the heat after one minute, and it is ready to serve.
Two kilograms of Qianzhang pork ribs, one kilogram of Qianzhang (tofu skin), a piece of ginger, a few green onions, 30 peppers, a small piece of ham, 2 taels of cooking wine, and 15 grams of salt.
Method
1. Boil the pork ribs in boiling water with ginger and cooking wine to remove the blood, and then wash them with cold water.
2. Put the cleaned pork ribs into the pot, along with ginger, green onions, crushed pepper, ham, cooking wine and 15 grams of salt. Add 2500ml of water and cook over high heat for 20 minutes. Simmer for two hours.

450g barley and ginkgo tube bones, 80g barley, 15 dried ginkgo, salt, yam, ginger, wolfberry, white vinegar, water.
Method
1. Wash the barley in advance and soak it for about 3 hours.

Method
