Ingredients for making soybean paste
Soybeans, red pepper, salt, sugar, rice wine, Sichuan peppercorns, dried chilies
Method
1. Wash the soybeans, dry them out, stir-fry them in a wok (add Sichuan peppercorns and dried peppers together), then grind them into powder using a food processor. Add a little sugar and enough salt and mix well.
2. Wash the peppers, cut into small pieces, use a food processor to beat into a paste, mix into the above soybean flour, then add an appropriate amount of rice wine, mix well (note: do not add water, only use peppers Mix the paste with rice wine). The inside of the spoon in the picture was made two months ago, and the color is obviously different from the new one.
3. Bottle and store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight (cap, but do not seal, remember. I have removed the plastic sealing ring from the bottle cap). It can be eaten after one month.
