Entrepreneurship is a challenging undertaking. Whether a college student with entrepreneurial desire can finally embark on the road of successful entrepreneurship is directly related to whether he believes that he can win in fierce challenges and competition. Practical entrepreneurship is a process in which university student village officials create value by discovering and identifying business opportunities and organizing various resources to provide products and services. The main body of practical entrepreneurial activities is university student village officials, and the objects are business opportunities and various resources needed and available to achieve their goals. At the same time, the practice and entrepreneurship of college student village officials is also a process of continuous exploration, and setbacks and failures may be encountered in this process. Therefore, whether we are confident and can recover from setbacks and failures is very important for the success of entrepreneurship. The main tasks of our practice and entrepreneurship stage include understanding business common sense, grasping business direction and improving business ability. So in view of the teacher's explanation, I think about the following qualities and abilities that individuals need in success. First, everything is prepared, and if you don't prepare, you will be abolished. If you want to start a business and succeed, you must be fully prepared in the early stage. The so-called "everything is prepared, it will be abolished", and the preliminary preparation is very important. First of all, we should find the entrepreneurial project that suits us. The choice of entrepreneurial projects depends on both personal and environmental factors. First, we must think about our professional knowledge background and various abilities, and see what kind of project we are suitable for, whether it is agriculture or industry or something else. This is the most basic premise. You must know yourself before you do anything. Only by knowing yourself first can you better understand other things and accurately grasp the pulse of starting a business. Second, after determining the direction of entrepreneurial projects, we should further clarify our entrepreneurial projects according to our own environment and make use of environmental advantages. So, how can we really make good use of our environment sometimes? First of all, we have to find advantages, such as geographical advantages, resource advantages, knowledge advantages, and interpersonal advantages. Secondly, according to these advantages, we will start our own business. Second, difficulties and hardships, Yuru Yucheng's entrepreneurship is a difficult and cumbersome process. In the process of entrepreneurship, we need to deal with many things, involving all aspects. There are many things that we need to deal with and solve, which may be trivial things or important issues related to the success or failure of entrepreneurship. We can only succeed if we are not afraid of trivialities and difficulties and go on step by step. It can also be said that as long as we can persist, do things meticulously, be serious, and seize every opportunity to exercise ourselves on the road of starting a business, it is a success. In order to cultivate our innovative ability and practical quality, in April, 2020, _ College launched the activity of "Undergraduates participating in the research projects of tutors". Under the leadership of teacher _, four of our group began to study the theory of urban rail transit network density and site planning methods. In September, our research project _X was declared as "Innovative Experimental Project for College Students", and it was approved on 1 1 month. I have benefited a lot from participating in this innovative experimental project for college students. From determining the project conception point to writing the project application; From the twists and turns of project review to determining the research plan and finding innovation points; Along the way, from the detailed implementation plan to the specific research of the project, I began to understand the scientific research work that was far away from us before, and I learned from it the rigorous scientific research attitude, persevering research spirit and practical courage to be innovative. After nearly two years of consulting materials, collecting data, building models and studying hard, I have learned a lot of things that I am interested in and are very useful for my study and life. As contemporary energetic college students, we should not only study hard, but also know how to think and solve problems. At the beginning of the project, due to the lack of knowledge, our progress was slow. By asking the instructor, adjusting the plan in time, and spending some time learning relevant knowledge, I understand that the most important thing in scientific research is to grasp the main problems to be studied in the project, and then make a practical design for the research plan, and finally achieve the expected results. What I have learned most is to be diligent in thinking and be good at analyzing problems from different angles. Every subject studies new problems, and there is no ready-made plan. You need to look for literature and materials, grasp the essence of the problem, find the law, and then determine the direction of innovation, make constant efforts and think independently. In terms of innovation, we must first determine the direction and goal of innovation, always focus on innovation, never deviate from the theme, and never guess at will. Instead, we must make assumptions according to the purpose, and then demonstrate our guesses step by step through practice. In fact, every great achievement is achieved step by step in this "ordinary" way. The project is not so easy to do, and it needs a lot of work, and all of this work needs great patience and perseverance. For example, early literature review, data collection, data calculation and analysis, model construction. In the whole process, I realized that doing scientific research must have a meticulous and rigorous attitude, and I should carry out my own research in the attitude of being responsible for scientific research and science. The project is the same project of our team, and everyone's goal is the same. In teamwork, friction will inevitably occur because of different viewpoints. I don't think I was the one who listened to the lecture most carefully, but I still thought about what was suitable for me. Before I gave a lecture, I never seriously thought about starting a business. After I was admitted to the university, I just wanted to learn professional knowledge and find a job with high salary and good welfare after graduation. But after I went to college, I found that the sentence "graduation means unemployment" is absolutely right. Maybe what I said is too extreme, but it's actually not that serious, but it is undeniable that the difficulty of college students' employment has become an increasingly prominent social phenomenon. Due to the blind enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, college students are no longer the "favored children" of that year. With the continuous growth of the number of graduates every year, this problem will become more and more serious. If this continues, it will have an impact or even a negative effect on the long-term stability of society. In this case, at first glance, the proposal of college students' self-employment will be an effective way to solve this problem. At least, it can temporarily alleviate the current situation that jobs are in short supply. College students' entrepreneurship is the requirement of the times, and college students' entrepreneurship is the only way to solve college students' "employment difficulties". In the video, Mr. Zhou said that there is still a lot of room for change in the computer industry, such as JAVA and C++ programming. If you have entrepreneurial students, you can start from these aspects. This has given me great inspiration. Now I am learning JAVA. Although I can't say that I have learned it very well, I will try my best to learn it and pave the way for my future. After listening to Mr. Zhou's lecture, it gave me some thoughts. Self-employment requires knowledge accumulation in all aspects, as well as social experience and interpersonal skills, as well as good psychological endurance and risk awareness. College students who start their own businesses have both successes and failures, and not everyone is suitable for starting their own businesses. Therefore, I think that college students should be more rational when they choose to start their own businesses. It is far from enough to start a business with interest and passion, but it is also restricted by funds, interpersonal relationships, policies and the environment. The topic of entrepreneurship should be eternal, but the choice of entrepreneurship should be cautious. Only when you have all the conditions and are fully prepared can you stand out and become a leader in self-employment! At present, the international financial crisis is still spreading, and China's economy is also facing unprecedented challenges, which has brought many difficulties to college graduates' employment and entrepreneurship. However, the more dangerous it is, the more we should strengthen our ideals and beliefs, establish confidence in winning, exercise ourselves in the crisis, and find opportunities in the crisis. Otherwise, there is no way out for hesitation and retreat. Experiencing entrepreneurship, learning entrepreneurship and practicing entrepreneurship are three consecutive stages of our college students' successful entrepreneurship. Therefore, whether college students are confident and can recover from setbacks and failures is very important for the success of entrepreneurship. I think, now I should start to experience entrepreneurship and learn entrepreneurship. This opportunity is not given by schools or colleges, let alone waiting, but practiced by myself. I'm going to form a study group with several classmates during the summer vacation to discuss what kind of products the society needs, and to compile some small programs while reading books. Entrepreneurship is a very difficult process, but after all, the society needs pioneers to try, and I will redouble my efforts to make myself a successful entrepreneur and employee! Starting from the end of last year, the entrepreneurial craze began to heat up rapidly in the mainland, and college students, as the entrepreneurial subjects expected by the country, received particularly obvious attention and care. This situation also pushed the teachers who served as entrepreneurship education to an embarrassing position. From this background, the emphasis on entrepreneurship in China is not just an expedient measure to solve the employment of college students, but a deeper reason. 1947, Professor Mays of Harvard Business School offered entrepreneurship courses for MBA students, but in the next two or three decades, the economy dominated by large enterprises made the development of entrepreneurship education bleak. 1979, David Burch's study "The Process of Job Generation" concluded with detailed data that large enterprises are the mainstay of the economy and the main body of creating new employment opportunities, and revealed the great significance of entrepreneurship in creating new employment opportunities and promoting economic development, which triggered a great discussion on the importance of entrepreneurship between the government and higher education circles. Subsequently, entrepreneurship education in American universities has developed rapidly. Since 1980s, technological innovation and entrepreneurship have become two wings of economic development, and the rise of technological entrepreneurship education has long been a "miracle" of American new economy. Recently, China put forward the concept of the new normal of economy. Under the background of limited resources and basically unchanged overall economic capacity, it has become the government's choice to stimulate individuals to find opportunities and reintegrate resources. However, there are still some differences between China's situation and American science and technology entrepreneurship education. There are differences in scientific and technological development and cultural background, but there are even greater differences in basic education of entrepreneurship. In the United States, the education of business awareness began in high school or even earlier, while the education of business awareness of Chinese students approached zero. In other words, it is important for college students in China to carry out science and technology entrepreneurship education, but it is particularly important to enlighten their basic business awareness. What are the current situation and trends of entrepreneurship education at home and abroad? Entrepreneurship, is it a science? What is the theoretical basis and research method? Are we qualified for entrepreneurship education? How to obtain this qualification? What are the similarities and differences between the contents of entrepreneurship education in universities and the contents and forms of entrepreneurship education in society? How to measure the achievements of our entrepreneurship education? These are the questions I want to ask from two experts in Taiwan Province. First of all, I learned that the warming of entrepreneurship is not a unique phenomenon in China. From European and American countries to South Korea and Singapore in Asia, a series of policies to promote entrepreneurship have been launched in recent years, while in Taiwan Province, 13 ministries have launched 48 plans to promote entrepreneurship. In the United States, MIT's entrepreneurship education "Golden 24 Rules for Building Enterprises" and Stanford's lean entrepreneurship are two major schools. The entrepreneurship courses of Baisen Business School are very distinctive, and the canvas of the new generation entrepreneurship model is very practical. ECOSYSTEM, the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Taiwan Jiaotong University, provides a complete model of entrepreneurship education (and practice). The business incubator and complete incubation system for more than ten years are enviable, and many entrepreneurial activities carried out are fascinating. The complete curriculum system and strong campus support make Jiaotong University have great potential. Secondly, the understanding of entrepreneurship is further deepened. There are many definitions of entrepreneurship, but personally, entrepreneurship is an initial process in which a person or a team transforms people's behavior or social activities into valuable economic activities and can continue to profit from them. So far, personally, it is hard to call entrepreneurship an independent discipline. The main reason is that although the research object is becoming clearer, the research method is still difficult to be clear. Although many laws have been summarized, it is difficult to verify them through experiments. However, this does not mean that entrepreneurship cannot be studied and developed, but it needs to be accumulated. At present, literature method, case method and observation method can reveal many entrepreneurial laws. There are many disciplines related to entrepreneurship, but they are basically: economics, psychology and management. Because there are many related disciplines, universities need to be targeted when choosing courses. The main principles are as follows: first, because of the limitation of the number of class hours, it is unnecessary to elaborate on those who can provide more professional courses in society, such as financial management and human resources. Second, the goal of the course should not be for students to start a business immediately, but to evaluate themselves according to what they have learned. Thirdly, as far as the teaching form is concerned, it should be a combination of teaching content and practical operation, with emphasis on experience. Fourthly, we should set the teaching target as ordinary college students, rather than key college students, in order to cultivate their awareness, rather than relying on high-tech entrepreneurship. Third, what effect should entrepreneurship education achieve? For the teaching subject, the combination of teachers and entrepreneurs may be more ideal. The author recently asked people from investment institutions about the effect. Metaphorically speaking, they hope that students who have received entrepreneurship education can form a map of entrepreneurship in their minds, that is, they have a global concept of entrepreneurship. You can also realize where you are on the map, where you want to go, and know or master the resources you need and the mentality you should have when you act. These resources, or some specific skills, such as product design, marketing, finance, legal affairs, etc., may not be the focus of the course, because all investment institutions basically have expert-level training. Finally, the measurement of the achievements of entrepreneurship education. The Business Incubation Park of Jiaotong University has a long history, and many activities have been carried out. However, the students are very active in it, but it seems that the achievements of students' entrepreneurship have not yet appeared on a large scale. Entrepreneurship education seems to have started in 20 13 years. As the teacher said, the effect of the course is to cultivate students' interest in entrepreneurship, and it is not appropriate to impose too much on the results. This is also the aspect that relevant departments and universities in China should be alert to at present. It should be recognized that it is very important for the popularization of entrepreneurial knowledge, but after understanding entrepreneurship and itself, it is not necessary to choose entrepreneurship. Therefore, we can't just take the success rate of entrepreneurship as a measure. In addition to listening to expert education, teachers in colleges and universities have also exchanged ideas on entrepreneurship education, and have some experiences. First of all, for us who are engaged in entrepreneurship education, crises and challenges coexist. Entrepreneurship education in general colleges and universities is almost blank, but through the opportunity provided by Rennengda, we have a comprehensive understanding of the mode of entrepreneurship education in key colleges and universities and have mastered certain initiative. You may still have an impression of the airline case. In the case, airlines that only pay attention to the high-end market have basically disappeared. To make an analogy, entrepreneurship education is better in key universities at present, but it will definitely appear in general universities in the future. Secondly, if we want to do a good job in entrepreneurship education, we should have the awareness of internet thinking, that is, paying attention to users (college students), attracting fans (college students, enterprises, governments and other people), crowdfunding thinking (which can be courses or entrepreneurial projects), borderless contact (without geographical restrictions, providing opportunities for entrepreneurial teams through virtual teams), and social communication. Finally, I suggest you cherish this platform and take it as a starting point to do a good job in entrepreneurship education. At present, entrepreneurship education has developed rapidly in first-tier cities and there are many opportunities, but it seems that there is a similar overcapacity situation. The promotion of many projects and concepts requires local support; At the local level, college students may have this demand, but they can't get relevant resources. I hope this platform can solve this problem to some extent. If necessary, the author is willing to provide some resources in these areas. For example, in entrepreneurship counseling, roadshow opportunities and so on. The myth of Bill Gates makes LT industry and high-tech industry become entrepreneurial gold mines in the eyes of college students, so that many students disdain to engage in service industry or industries with low technical content. In fact, high-tech entrepreneurial projects often need a large amount of start-up capital, and the risk and pressure of entrepreneurship are very great. If college students lack understanding of their own experience and ability and have too high expectations for entrepreneurship, they will start from a high starting point and easily fail. Therefore, college students may wish to relax their mentality, deeply understand the market and themselves, and then start from a young age, start from reality, and take the second step after the first step is stable. Lack of experience is a common problem in college students' entrepreneurship at present. Many college students' entrepreneurs are not used to doing market research on their products or projects, but make idealized inferences. For example, "If there are 300 million people who need our products and the price of each piece is 1OO, we will have a sales market of 30 billion yuan." This inference method is untenable and often plays a misleading role. College students must do a good job in market research in the early stage of starting a business, and some feasibility studies can also be entrusted to professional institutions. Only by understanding the market can they start a business for a long time. Today, with the emphasis on teamwork, the chances that entrepreneurs want to succeed by going it alone are greatly reduced. Team spirit has become an indispensable entrepreneurial quality, and venture capitalists pay more attention to entrepreneurial teams with cooperative ability when investing. Nowadays, college students generally have personality and strong self-confidence, and they are often self-righteous and headstrong in starting a business, which affects the success rate of starting a business. Therefore, for college students who plan to start a business, it is easier to accumulate entrepreneurial strength by strong cooperation and learning from each other's strong points than by single-handedly. College students generally lack career planning and training in school, and their entrepreneurial awareness is weak. Entrepreneurial awareness dominates the attitude and behavior of entrepreneurs towards entrepreneurial activities, and is an important part of entrepreneurial quality. Because it is difficult to start their own business, and limited by the age and economic conditions of college students, most students have no entrepreneurial consciousness. Although college students now have a strong sense of independence, they lack a real sense of autonomy, have a vague understanding of their own strengths and weaknesses, and cannot find their own entrepreneurial potential or business potential when they live. College students' understanding only stays in ideas and concepts. Due to the lack of relevant business management knowledge, they often can't make detailed business plans, and they lack careful feasibility demonstration and market research. In this case, if you choose to start your own business in a hurry, it will not only be difficult to obtain the required funds, but also be at a disadvantage in the competition of market economy. On the one hand, college students' learning in school is the accumulation of knowledge, on the other hand, it is the cultivation of practical ability and their comprehensive quality. One of the most important aspects of the cultivation of practical ability and comprehensive quality is the cultivation of innovative consciousness. However, my school and I are still stuck in the stage of students' employment education. Few schools provide targeted entrepreneurship education for students, and some summer social practice activities are also a mere formality. This directly leads to students' little understanding of the national policies and policies on students' entrepreneurship, and their entrepreneurial skills and practical ability are even more difficult to fade away. The traditional concept in China is that college students' entrepreneurship is a kind of "impulsiveness", "bravado" and "fooling around", which is an immature performance and often can't get enough attention and promotion. In addition, the school's requirements for students' academic performance often lead to college students' lack of interest in entrepreneurial activities with the same school. College students' self-employment needs a perfect social security mechanism. Compared with the mature and complete entrepreneurial environment in foreign countries, the entrepreneurial environment in China is still far from perfect, which leads to less success and more failures for college students. The government needs to further improve and perfect laws and regulations, entrepreneurship training, entrepreneurship support, entrepreneurship environment, project support, entrepreneurship insurance and other aspects. The social security system of college students' entrepreneurship in China is not complete. Taking the venture capital as an example, college students need start-up capital, but my family's income is generally not high, especially some college students from rural areas are still worried about food and clothing, and it is impossible to rely on their families to raise venture capital. It is difficult for college students to raise the required start-up funds when starting a business, so it is impossible to start a business. Because of the high venture risk and many failures, many college students with entrepreneurial consciousness also gave up their independent plans. Although the financial crisis has added many constraints to college students' self-employment, the significance of college students' self-employment has attracted the attention of society, the country and college students: college students should clearly understand the current situation, make full use of existing resources, actively respond to the call of the country, adapt to the current employment situation, change the traditional employment concept, take the road of self-employment, find employment opportunities with confidence and ability, and realize their self-worth with their own success. At present, public opinion has created a relatively relaxed environment for college students to start their own businesses. On the one hand, various media widely publicize the successful models of college students' entrepreneurship, and guide the society to form a social atmosphere that advocates entrepreneurship and is proud of entrepreneurship. On the other hand, the news media has opened up various forms of "inspirational entrepreneurship" columns and held "entrepreneurship forums" to regularly publicize successful cases of entrepreneurship at home and abroad, exchange successful experiences, and influence and drive a group of college students with entrepreneurial intentions to succeed through independent entrepreneurship. Successful entrepreneurship not only solves the employment problem of entrepreneurs themselves, but also relieves the employment pressure of society and increases social material wealth to a great extent. The success of entrepreneurship itself can also make entrepreneurs assume more social responsibilities, produce a good social demonstration effect, and help build a harmonious socialist society. The society has given great encouragement and support to those college students who boldly change their employment concept and dare to accept the challenge of self-employment risks. Through publicity, they have continuously expanded the radiation and influence of typical entrepreneurship and given them guidance and support in public opinion. Under the guidance of the idea of entrepreneurship driving employment, Tongjia has introduced many preferential policies, involving finance, taxation, entrepreneurship training and guidance. There are mainly the following aspects: (1) Those college graduates who meet the requirements for self-employment are exempted from administrative fees. (2) Providing small secured loans for college students to start their own businesses. Self-employed college graduates who are registered as unemployed in local public employment service agencies may apply for a small secured loan of not more than 50,000 yuan if their self-raised funds are insufficient. For partnership employment, the loan scale may be appropriately expanded according to the regulations. Those who engage in low-profit projects stipulated by the local government can enjoy discount support as required. (3) Enjoy vocational training subsidies. When students who are willing to start a business participate in entrepreneurship training, they are given vocational training subsidies according to regulations and can enjoy more public services.
