Ingredients: ribs, chestnuts, white sugar or rock sugar, ginger slices, cooking wine, soy sauce and salt.
Step 1: boil a little hot water in the pot, add the ribs, and when the water boils again, take it out and wash it.
The second step is to put a little oil in the pot and pour in a proper amount of sugar or rock sugar, but if the rock sugar is large, make small pieces first and then put them in, and stir fry slowly with low heat.
Step 3: When the crystal sugar melts into amber, add ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant.
Step 4: Add ribs and stir fry for a while, then add cooking wine, soy sauce and salt, and continue to stir fry. Friends who like spicy food can put some peppers.
Step five, pour boiling water into the pot, and the amount of water should at least not exceed the ribs. Be sure to use boiled water, so that the meat will be delicious. Add onion knots. Bring the fire to the boil, taste the salt and adjust it according to your taste. Turn down the fire and stew slowly.
Step 6, try the cooked meat with chopsticks for about 40 minutes. Chopsticks are easy to insert, and the meat is cooked. You can put chestnuts in it for stewing. Chestnuts rot easily if put too early. Stew for ten minutes.
Step 7, take out the pot and sprinkle some chopped green onion. Pressure cooker 15 minutes.
