2, material selection and cutting

Generally speaking, the materials for furniture factories are selected according to the following standards:

① The wood material has beautiful texture, moderate weight and good toughness;

(2) Pay attention to the quality of wood, eliminate defects such as dead joints, cracks, blackening, mildew and core lines, and reflect the good level of wood.

After that, arrange cutting. Each product is cut according to the size proportion on the drawing, and the products with good materials are taken to the woodworking workshop to start production.

3. Woodworking

Woodworking is actually a process of processing all parts of a product from blanks into shapes and sizes required by drawings.

4. Pigment

Paint is very important to the effect of furniture, and the smoothness and brightness of its surface determine the aesthetics of furniture. Good furniture brands and environmentally friendly products are even more demanding in painting.

5. Ammonium cloth

Sofa chairs or other products that need cloth coating should be coated after painting. The technological process is probably cloth cutting/sponge shearing-glue spraying-coating. First, both cloth and sponge should be cut, and then the sponge should be placed on the furniture for comparison. If there is a radian, grind it out and fix it on the furniture, and then glue it on the cloth. Buttons used for fabric coating include bra buttons and crystal buttons.

6, installation and packaging

After the process of all products is completed, some accessories and so on will be installed, and the installed products are also the most completed. The packaging of products is also very important for the protection of products. Generally, every part of furniture should be wrapped with pearl cotton first, then wrapped with paper, then sealed with tape and protected with nails.
