Process of making vegetarian duck rolls
Soak some daylily in advance, and then prepare a carrot and a water bamboo.
Vegetarian dishes can choose what you like, such as mushrooms, bamboo shoots and fungus.
Wash carrots and water bamboo, cut them into filaments, and soak the daylily to squeeze out the water.
Pour oil from the pan, first add a little onion and ginger until fragrant, then pour in three kinds of shredded vegetables, add a little less salt and stir-fry for a few minutes, stir-fry until the vegetables are raw and soft. If it feels too dry, add a little water, and finally put them in a plate to cool.
Prepare 4 pieces of tofu skin and trim it into a square with scissors.
Adjust the material meter again, add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and water into the bowl and mix well.
Take out a piece of tofu skin and lay it flat on the chopping board. Dip some juice with a brush and brush it on the surface of tofu skin.
This step, on the one hand, is to taste, on the other hand, is to soften the tofu skin and facilitate the later operation.
After the tofu skin is softened, put the fried shredded vegetables in the lower middle position, and then roll them up as shown in the picture.
Put them all in a plate and steam them for 8- 10 minutes.
After steaming, take it out and let it cool, pour a little oil into the pan, put the tofu skin roll in, and fry it on medium and small fire until both sides are brown.
Then pour the prepared juice in, turn on a medium fire, dry the soup, turn off the fire and put it on a plate.
After frying, the skin becomes crispy and chewy, and the shredded vegetables inside are moderately salty and sweet, delicious and especially tasty. Those who like vegetarian food must not miss this delicious dish.
