1. Wash and chop the pig cavity bones into small pieces, blanch them in a pot with cold water, remove and drain.
2. Pour a proper amount of hot water into another pot, and put in the pig's cavity bone.
3. Add 2g red dates, 5g ginger slices, 1 garlic cloves, 5g shallots, 1 fragrant leaves, 1 cinnamon, 1 dried peppers, 150g corn, 2g vinegar and 3g salt.
4. Cover the lid, bring to a boil and simmer for 2 hours.
After 2.2 hours, prepare a clean container without water and take it out to eat.
