Ingredients
Main Ingredients: fresh noodles.
Seasoning: one piece of white curd, two spoons of sesame sauce, two spoons of soy sauce, one spoon of balsamic vinegar, moderate amount of chili oil, a little bit of sugar, one spoon of sesame sesame oil, two spoons of water, and one small green onion.
Methods
1. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, sugar, sesame oil and water, pour into the sesame paste and mix well in the same direction;
2. Stir in curd and mix well to make a cold noodle sauce;
3. Boil water and cook the noodles, then put them in cold water, add in curd-sesame paste and green onion and mix well.
