Steps to make vegetarian fried carrots, shiitake mushrooms and green peppers
1. Wash the mushrooms, green peppers and carrots
2. Cut them as you like, it’s recommended to make them smaller so they’re cooked.
3. Pour oil into the hot pan and add a few Sichuan peppercorns
