Vegetable Salad Directions:
1.Break the leaf lettuce into large chunks and put them on a plate.
2. Arrange the yucca lettuce evenly.
3: Add the red pepper rings and small, cut tomatoes.
4: Add a good amount of bean sprouts and shredded purple kale.
5: Roll up the purple leaf lettuce on top of the vegetables and sprinkle with onion rings and sweet corn kernels.
6: Toss with Thousand Island dressing.
