Ingredients
6 duck wings, 2 green onions, 5 slices of ginger, 10 cloves of garlic, 1 chili pepper, 1 packet of Cantonese-style marinated duck wing marinade packet, 120cc of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of chicken powder
How to do it
1. Put the marinade packet, 1000cc of water, soy sauce, and chicken powder in a pot of water from the ingredients, and soak them for 30 minutes, then bring to a boil. Set aside.
2. Wash the duck wings, put them into a pot, add the right amount of water, rice wine, ginger, turn on the high heat and boil, boil the duck wings to remove the fishy, take out and rinse cold water until cool and spare.
3. Insecure wash and cut long sections, garlic shot, and chili peppers, duck wings together into the pot of method 1, brine on low heat for about 20 minutes, turn off the heat and then simmer for another 20 minutes, take out the duck wings, and then baked in the oven for 2 minutes to complete.
