80G quinoa
One slice of purple cabbage
One carrot
One onion

How to make roasted quinoa rice with colorful fruits and vegetables
1. Soak the quinoa for about an hour Put it into the rice cooker and start the cooking process!
2. Prepare the fruits and vegetables to be used. Corn is missing from the picture, I finally remembered it!
3. Cut all fruits and vegetables into chunks and set aside! I usually prepare it before going to bed at night. Except for the apples, cherry tomatoes and cucumbers, which are cut freshly in the morning, I cut them all and put them in the refrigerator!
4. Pour an appropriate amount of olive oil into the pot, first add onions, carrots and asparagus and saute until fragrant!
5. Add purple cabbage and corn and stir-fry until fragrant!
6. Add the apples and cherry tomatoes and stir-fry for about a minute, and add an appropriate amount of salt and black pepper to taste!
7. Finally add the cooked quinoa and stir evenly!
8. Stir evenly, pour it into a baking pan, spread it out, and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes!
9. Take it out and serve on a plate!
10. Paired with eggs and juice, it is a very nutritious and healthy breakfast!
