Steamed Tea Tree Mushrooms with Green Peppers
Main Ingredients
150g green peppers, 100g tomatoes
Tea Tree Mushrooms 300g, 2 cloves of garlic
Supplementary Ingredients
Salt to taste, 1 teaspoon of soya sauce
Cooking Oil to taste
Step by Steps of How to Make Stir Fried Tea Tree Mushrooms with Green Peppers
1.? Wash all the ingredients, remove the stem and chop the green pepper, peel and chop the tomato, remove the old root of the tea tree mushroom, peel and chop the garlic;
2.? Boil water in a pot and blanch the mushrooms for 1 minute;
