Step 1
Cut the tofu into small pieces, boil the water in the pot, turn off the fire, put the tofu pieces in and soak them for 10 minutes and take them out.

Don't add oil to the pot, heat it, and bake the shrimp skin in the pot until it is dry.

Add boiling water, mustard tuber and tofu, and gently push. Add a little salt to the heavy taste, because the shrimps and mustard tuber are all salty, so I didn't add it.

Tips
