2 cooked eggs
4 potatoes
1/4 red onion
50g of ham
4 cooked crab meat sticks
cooked shrimp any
50g of fruit corn kernels
50g of green peas
50g of diced carrots
Seafood Seafood Dressing 50g
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Four tablespoons of Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons of Red Wine Vinegar
Steps 1
Cut potatoes in small cubes, boil over low heat with a lid on and simmer for 15 minutes or until crumbled when chopsticks are pinched. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Throw fruit corn, green peas and diced carrots into remaining water, boil for 10 minutes, drain and put into potato pot.
Step 3
Dice cooked crab stick, shelled hard boiled egg, ham, and red onion and place in potato bowl.
Step 4
According to the ingredient list, add olive oil, vinegar, black pepper, salt, seafood salad dressing, and cooked small shrimp (leave out if you are allergic to shrimp).
Step 5
Mix well and serve.
