2 Sprinkle with flour and coat the fish evenly.
3 Pour oil in a pan, heat it up and put the fish in the pan to fry.
4 When one side is done, turn it over and fry the other side.
5 After both sides are golden brown, clip out and put on a plate.
6 Anise, cinnamon and red pepper together in a frying pan, and then put the garlic in the pan to stir out the flavor.
7 Small yellow croaker put in the pan and saute with the seasoning for 1 minute.
8 Add appropriate amount of water, then add the old soy sauce, oyster sauce and simmer together for more than 15 minutes, turn off the fire when the soup thickens.
Note: When frying yellow croaker, you may want to fry for more time so that the fish bones will be more flaky.
