Materials/Tools: Steak, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, black pepper, thyme, rosemary, pot, bowl and knife.
1 Mix soy sauce, olive oil, chopped garlic, black pepper and other spices in a bowl.
2. Place the steak on the surface of the mixed sauce, and then gently massage the sauce on both sides of the steak by hand to ensure that each steak is evenly coated with sauce.
3. Discharge the cured cattle into a sealed bag, squeeze out the excess air, and then seal the bag. Marinate the bag in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours, so that the steak can fully absorb the sauce.
4. Before cooking, take out the steak and let it return to room temperature, so that the steak can be cooked more evenly.
5. Use a frying pan to cook the steak until it is cooked to the required degree. After cooking, take out the steak, cool it for a few minutes, and then slice it and enjoy it.
