2 pounds of pork, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of soybean noodles, ginger, scallions, star anise, cinnamon, peppercorns, coriander, soy sauce, salt to taste.
How to do it:
1. Wash the pork and cut it into big chunks, put it into a pot of boiling water and boil it again, beat out the froth, and fish out the meat and wash it.
2, next put the meat into the pressure cooker, add onion, ginger, star anise, pepper, sesame seeds, cinnamon, cooking wine and appropriate amount of water, steam and then press with a small fire for 15 minutes.
3, remove the pressure until cooked meat to cool, tear into thin shredded meat.
4: Brush the frying pan with thin oil, pour in the shredded pork and stir-fry over low heat until the meat turns slightly brown in color, then sprinkle in a tablespoon of soybean noodles and continue to stir-fry for 5 minutes.
5. Add 1 tsp soy sauce and stir-fry well, then sprinkle another tbsp soybean noodles and stir-fry continuously for about 30 minutes, until the shredded pork is golden brown.
