Looking at the moon and thinking of one far away (Don Zhang Jiuling)
The moon, grown full now over the sea, Tianya * * * at this time.
The people of love all hate the long night, sleepless nights and bring their loved ones to remembrance.
Put out the candle to love this room full of moonlight, I wear clothes wandering deeply night dew cold.
You can not hold the beautiful moonlight to you, only hope to meet you in dreamland.
Comments: Zhang Jiuling was a famous figure in the Tang Dynasty. He was ostracized by treacherous court officials and relegated to Jingzhou. He wrote this poem because he missed the distance on the Mid-Autumn Festival night. The poetic mood is broad and vigorous, but it is also sincere, especially the first two sentences have long been famous.
Second, the loneliest Mid-Autumn Poetry-
Looking at the Moon at Fifteen Nights (Don Wang Jian)
In the atrium, there are crows in Bai Shu, and osmanthus fragrans in Coody Leng.
I don't know who Qiu Si will fall into tonight.
Comments: This poem first describes the moonlight in the Mid-Autumn Festival, and then describes looking at the moon and thinking of people, showing a lonely, deserted and quiet picture of the Mid-Autumn Festival night. Start with the scenery, end with lyricism, imagine the beauty and charm.
Third, the most frontier Mid-Autumn Poetry-
Midnight Wu Ge Qiu Ge (Don Li Bai)
In Chang' an city a moonlight, thousands of households are in Daoyi.
The autumn wind blows the sound of Daoyi, every family remembers the people who guard the frontier.
When will the border war be pacified and my husband end the expedition.
Comments: Midnight Wu Ge has four songs: Haruka, Xia Song, Qiu Ge and Winter Song. This song, Qiu Ge, is about the wife of a recruiter and her husband ("lover") who goes on an expedition to the frontier in autumn night. Although love is not written directly, every word is permeated with sincere affection. There are so many works by Li Bai describing the moon: "When I was young, I didn't know the moon, so I called it a white jade plate", "till, raising my cup, I asked the bright moon, to bring me my shadow and make us three", "the bright moon lifts from the Mountain of Heaven, in an infinite haze of cloud and sea", "lifting myself to look, I found that it was moonlight, sinking back again, I thought suddenly of home", "Today's people don't see the ancient moon, but this month once shone on the ancients" and so on. Of course, most of them are not about the Mid-Autumn Festival.
Fourth, the most affectionate Mid-Autumn Festival poems-
Moonlit Night (Don Du Fu)
Far off in Fuzhou she is watching the moonlight, watching it alone from the window of her chamber.
For our boy and girl, poor little babes, are too young to know where the Capital is.
Her cloudy hair is sweet with mist, her jade-white shoulder is cold in the moon.
When shall we lie again on our screen, watching this bright light with no more tears?.
Comments: Obviously, I am in Chang 'an, looking at the moon and thinking of my relatives in Fuzhou (now Fuxian County, Shaanxi Province). However, the poem thinks from the opposite side, and only writes that his wife "watches the moon in Zhangzhou alone" and "remembers Chang 'an". This way of thinking from the other side shows the sincere feelings of the family and is often used for reference by future generations.
5. The coldest Mid-Autumn Poetry-
"Looking at the Moon in the Pavilion on the Night of August 15th" (Tang Juyi)
Last year, on the night of August 15th, beside the apricot garden by Qujiang Pool.
On the night of August 15th this year, in front of Songpu Shatou Water Hall.
Where is the hometown in the northwest, and the moon is round in the southeast.
Yesterday, the wind blew, and no one would meet. Tonight, the light is as clear as in previous years.
Comments: The moon is still the moon of the past, but the place is not the place in previous years. Naturally, the people around you are no longer the people in previous years. Being demoted to Songpu (pénpǔ incarnation, now Jiujiang, Jiangxi), things have changed, my hometown has disappeared, and I am alone. Poetry is extremely cold, and sorrow is invisible.
Sixth, the most sentimental Mid-Autumn Poetry-
Mid-Autumn Moon (Song Su Shi)
The dusk clouds are overflowing and cold, and the silver man turns to the jade plate silently.
This life is not a good night, where to see the bright moon next year.
Comments: Author Su Shi and his younger brother Su Zhe (Zi Zi You) reunited after a long separation, and enjoyed the Mid-Autumn Festival. Such a pleasure reminds the author of the sadness and emotion of breaking up soon after the reunion. The poetic realm is lofty, the language is beautiful and meaningful.
