Two tablespoons of salt.
Half a spoonful of pepper
3 fragrant leaves
Five Thai peppers
40 grams of sugar

2 tablespoons of highly alcoholic liquor.
Practice steps
1. Wash cucumber, cut in half, cut off both ends, and drain.
2. Add 1 tbsp salt, mix well and marinate for 2 hours.
3. Prepare garlic cloves, Thai peppers, prickly ash and fragrant leaves.
4. Put the spices into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, add 1 tablespoon salt and 40 sugar to boil, and let cool.
5. Drain the cucumber, put it into boiling spice water, marinate at room temperature for 1 day, and then put it in the refrigerator for 2 days.
After 6 or 3 days, the cucumber has changed color. Take out the slices, add 1 tbsp fresh soy sauce and 1 tbsp sesame oil and mix well.
