Around the "shipwreck case", 17 years ago, the young policeman Leng Xiaobing (Sean) encountered this big case for the first time, leaving him with regret that he never gave up looking for the truth. After 17, Leng found that the police officer (Dong Zijian) seconded from the ministries and agencies actually participated in the Haizhou case.
