Cut out all four sides of the sliced bread

Each slice of bread is spread with a layer of butter and then jam (it is best to spread it with a knife so that it doesn't easily stick to the tools used to spread it)

Spread all four slices of bread and cut them into triangles along the diagonal

Take a baking dish and place the cut bread into it, tapping it with the pointed corners facing up.

Beat the eggs and milk in a bowl, whisk in the sugar and drizzle over the bread.

Sprinkle the raisins at the end. Transfer the baking dish to the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
