Bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for about 20 minutes or so.
Cook until the pulp is soft to firm texture, turn off the heat.
Use chopsticks to pick up the pulp.
Place the pieces of pulp in a glass jar that has been drained of water, with the pulp 80% full from the top of the jar.
Spoon the simmering liquid into the jars, just above the surface of the pulp.
Tighten the lid of the bottle while it is still hot, set it aside to cool, and place it in a cool, airy place or in the refrigerator.
Cool it in a cool, ventilated place or in the refrigerator.
