1. Wash the newly bought bones.
Put a little oil, not too much, so that the meat on the bones won't stick to the pot. Stir-fry onion and ginger for a few times, add star anise, cover the pot, bring to a boil with high fire, and simmer for 1.5 hours. Prepare beans.
3. After stewing, add beans, corn and potatoes and bring to a boil.
4. Add soy sauce and salt. Start collecting juice.
5. Get out of the pot and put it in the basin. Eat it.
