Seven-day fasting and detoxification recipe
3-day diet: Day 1-3
Get up: crude salt 1 spoon+half lemon+250ml warm water.
Breakfast: plain yogurt+honey+linseed oil+diced fruit+cereal and raisins.
30 minutes before lunch: Bruce vegetable juice A (apple) B (beetroot) C (carrot)+hot onion soup (chilling hands and feet to promote blood circulation)
30 minutes before dinner: Bruce vegetable juice A (apple) B (beetroot) C+ (carrot) hot onion soup.
Before going to bed 1 hour: A bowl of Taiji Auricularia Paste (Auricularia auricula+Auricularia auricula+Lycium barbarum+Zizyphus jujuba) functions to help the intestinal tract to remain garbage.
Note: Drink 2000 ml of water every day instead of caffeinated drinks.

Fast food and detox recipe
1, fruit and vegetable juice (2 cups)
Materials:

Materials:
