With the improvement of living standards, most people eat more and more fine grains. But in our parents' time, we can only eat white bread on New Year's Day. Normally most of the time is mainly coarse grains. Then in the end what is coarse grains, I believe that many 00 years have not eaten it.
Take the eighty after the favorite nest to speak, a lot of ninety after have not eaten. Not to mention the post-zero-zero generation. Recently, a few of my loyal fans have asked me to eat the 80's nested dumplings. But I couldn't find the right way to make the dumplings. Whenever I make my own nest egg at home, it steams too hard. This makes it hard to swallow when you are eating it. Today I will share with you a recipe for making nested head after 80s, after learning, even the 00s in the family are grabbing nested head to eat oh. Well, words do not say much. The next and everyone directly on the dry goods.
-- 80 after the nest nest -Preparation of ingredients: half a bowl of cornmeal, a bowl of flour, yeast 5 grams, warm water, sugar 50 grams.
Steps:
1. First pour 5 grams of prepared yeast into warm water, then stir well with chopsticks and set aside. In the past, we used to use hot noodle to make the nesting head directly, but the nesting head made in this way is okay to eat for the first time, and the second time to eat again when hard like a stone. So it's not recommended to make them directly from hot noodles.
2. Half a bowl of prepared cornmeal is poured into a basin, a bowl of flour, and 50 grams of sugar is poured into the same basin. Use chopsticks to mix it well. Just use dry cornmeal to make out of the nest, its texture is particularly hard. I really don't recommend you to make it directly with dry cornmeal. Always remember to add a little plain flour to it.
3. After mixing the flour well, pour the yeast water on the surface. Use chopsticks to mix it evenly some. Then add the right amount of warm water and stir the flour into flocculent again. Then knead it with your hands to form a smooth dough.
4. Cover the bowl with a layer of plastic wrap, then place it in a warm environment and let it rise for two hours. Always remember to let the corn dough rise until it doubles in size. This way, the resulting corn wok will be tasty and flavorful, and won't choke.
5. After the dough has risen, sprinkle a layer of flour on the board. Then place the dough on the counter and knead it to deflate. Divide the dough into small, even sized portions.
6. Take one of the dosage forms and shape it into a bun. Then place your left thumb in the center of the dough as shown in the picture. Take the dough in your right hand and turn it while scooping out a nest from the center. Make it into the shape of a corn wok and you're done.
7. Add a suitable amount of cold water to the steamer and bring it to a boil over high heat. After the water boils, put all the corn nests in the steamer. Then put the nest of hot water on the pot. Turn on high heat to bring it to boil, and then turn to medium heat to steam it for 15 minutes.
8. After 15 minutes, a delicious corn nest nest is ready. With this method to do the corn nest nest, delicious and flavorful will not choke Oh!
