2. Put an appropriate amount of tea leaves into a cup or teapot. It is recommended to use 3 grams of tea leaves to brew 100 ml of water.
3. Brew with warm water of about 80℃, soak for about 20 seconds in the first bubble, and then pour away the water.
4. Let the second brew soak for 15-20 seconds. You can slightly shake the cup or teapot to stimulate the aroma of the tea leaves.
5. Soak for 15-20 seconds for the third time. At this time, the aroma and taste of Longjing tea will be more prominent. You can try drinking it.
Note: During the brewing process, the water temperature should not be too high, otherwise it will affect the taste and quality of the tea. In addition, the texture of Longjing tea is relatively tender, so the tea brewing time should not be too long, otherwise it will cause a bitter taste.
