Ginger a large piece of direct pat, spare.
Wash cinnamon, star anise and pepper.

: Soak and wash the gooseberry mushrooms.
Marinate with a little salt for 1 hour.

: Drain the salted mushrooms.

: In a cold pan with cold oil, add the gooseberry mushrooms, ginger, garlic, cinnamon and pepper. Start frying on high heat.

Fry until the mushrooms are cooked through and the water vapor disappears, and the color is full.

Put the cooled mushroom oil into a clean, waterless, airtight glass jar and put it in the freezer.
Tips
Crack large chunks of ginger directly.
Salt for pickling gooseberry mushrooms according to personal taste.
Must use good quality vegetable oil or sesame oil.
When frying, watch carefully the whole process, and remember not to fry dry fried batter!
The glass bottle must be free of water.
