White wine and Dingchen wine are famous wines in Yiwu. There is a record of "white wine" in the Wild Guest Series written by Zhu Danxi, a famous doctor in Yuan Dynasty. Dingchen wine is made from natural raw materials such as Zhejiang refined glutinous rice and red rice by traditional methods and stored for three years. Its color is heavy jujube, lustrous like amber, mellow aroma, soft and refreshing. It won the special prize of the International West Lake Expo, the silver prize of the first national food Expo and the gold prize of the first food Expo in Zhejiang Province in 1929, 1988 and 1993.
