The purpose of turning over is to make the sweet potato evenly heated. After four minutes, take out the sweet potato, peel off the paper towel, and eat it after the sweet potato is cooled.
This is the practice of roasted sweet potatoes in microwave oven, but personally, it is better to roast with coal.
Second: Be sweet potato porridge.
This is very simple. First, divide the sweet potato into pieces and cut it into pieces with a knife. As for the size, it depends on personal hobbies. (I usually like to cut it into larger pieces at home, boil it a little, and cut it into small pieces at school. Because the voltage is relatively low, it is easier to cook it in small pieces. )。 Then when the rice is in the pot, put it in the pot with the rice and cook it. In fact, it is normal porridge, and there is a process of putting sweet potatoes in the middle. After the porridge is cooked, you can smell the sweet potato.
The third type: shredded sweet potatoes.

First of all, pick a few good sweet potatoes, wash them, and wash them several times. You don't need to cut them into pieces, then find a pot with a steamer, put some water under it, put the washed sweet potatoes on it, and adjust the temperature to medium. It will take about ten minutes.
Fifth: French fries
Wash the sweet potato, drain the water, peel it, and cut it into strips the thickness of your little finger. If you have bread crumbs at home, you can wrap the French fries with a layer, and it doesn't matter if you don't. Open the oil pan, medium and small fire. The sixth kind: dried sweet potatoes
This is one of my favorite snacks when I was a child. I still remember that a neighbor's uncle's hometown often sent it by someone, and he always gave us some. The taste is still missed. Wash the sweet potatoes and cook them in a pressure cooker. Take it out and let it cool, then peel it and cut it into strips. If it is hot, it can't be shaped. Choose sunny weather, dry the sweet potato strips on the balcony at home for a few days, and turn over from time to time during the period, so that the sweet potatoes can be evenly dried.
