Duck collarbone 5 (500g or so)
Cinnamon 2 pieces (5g or so)
Pepper 8g
Spice leaves 2 pieces
Dried red chili peppers 3pcs (mildly spicy)
Ginger 3 pieces
Soy sauce 25g
Long soy 25g
Raw wine 50g
Sweetened sugar 40g
Cold sugar 40g
Sweet and sour duck collarbone 50g
