Steps to make salt-roasted pumpkin seeds
1. After carving the pumpkin, dry the remaining pumpkin seeds and put them into a bowl. Use your finger to drip some water on it.
2. Sprinkle with salt (appropriate amount) and stir with hands. Cover the bowl with a lid and place in the microwave for 1 and a half minutes.
3. When the time is up, take it out and try one. Depending on your personal preference, decide whether you need to add more salt and put it in the microwave.
