Please put a bowl of hot water beside it on a cold day to ferment until it doubles in size (about 1 hour). In hot weather, you can cover it with a damp cloth or plastic wrap and let it ferment directly in the room until it doubles in size (almost an hour).

When the fermentation is done, add 7.8.9 to the mixture and stir again until completely defoamed.
Stir well is like this picture, then pour into your favorite mold (thin and wide molds are recommended).

Put in the already boiled water, medium-low heat? Steam for about 30 minutes until cooked through (do not turn up the heat, there will be big bubbles).
Brush a layer of corn oil on the pastry while it's still hot after removing from the pan for a glossy and moisturized look.

If you want to eat it while it's still hot, you can turn it upside down like I did, so you don't have to worry about sticking to the knife when you cut it.

Tips
You can reduce the tapioca flour if you don't like it too soft and fluffy. If you don't like it too sweet, you can reduce the sugar. You can grease the molds or put greaseproof paper on them to make it easier to release the molds. Different brands of flour are not good at absorbing water, so the amount of water can be increased or decreased.
