Operation: Wash quail and radish separately and cut into small pieces. Heat the oil pan, stir-fry quail to change color, then stir-fry radish, add seasoning and water and simmer for 30 minutes. When quail meat is crisp and rotten, add a little monosodium glutamate and stir fry.
