3 green onions, 10g ginger, 1/2 red chili pepper, 1/2 chicken, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp white pepper, 2 tsp rice wine, 3 tsp sesame oil, 4 tsp salad oil
Methods
1. Cut 1 green onion into pieces, and julienne the other 2 green onions, slice half of the ginger and half of the ginger, and shred the red chili pepper.
2. Wash the chicken and add ginger, scallion, salt, white pepper and rice wine to marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Steam the marinated chicken in a steamer basket over high heat for 40 minutes, then remove and let cool before chopping into small pieces and spreading with sliced green onion, ginger, red chili peppers, and steamed chicken broth.
4. Then pour the sesame oil and salad oil over the chicken after boiling over low heat.
