Ingredients: 500g net old duck, 200g lean pork, 10g each of Polygonatum odoratum, longan meat, and tangerine peel, 50g Adenophora adenophora, 20g Ophiopogon japonicus, 1 piece of old ginger
Method: 1 , net old duck and lean pork were cut into 3cm square pieces.
2. Soak Polygonatum odoratum, Adenophora japonicus, Ophiopogon japonicus, longan meat and tangerine peel in cold water for 10 minutes and then take them out.
3. Put the old duck and lean pork into the soup pot, add enough cold water and bring to a boil over high heat. Turn to low heat, use a spoon to skim off the foam, add old ginger and jade. Add bamboo, adenophora, Ophiopogon japonicus, longan meat and tangerine peel, then cover and cook over medium heat for 2 hours. Add salt when eating.
