Wash the dried fish with clear water for later use.
Chop pepper, cut garlic into garlic cloves, shred or slice ginger (as you like).
Heat the pan, add oil, turn to low heat, add stir-fry and stir-fry a few times, add ginger slices, cooking wine, appropriate amount of water and soy sauce, and simmer until the stir-fry tastes delicious.
Then pour the peppers into the pot and fry them until they are soft. Add the right amount of oil, salt and garlic cloves and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour the fried ones into the pot and add the right amount of oyster sauce and stir-fry several times. Serve! It tastes great.
