1. Wash the fish and remove the internal organs. The scales of this fish can be eaten without removing them.
2. Cut the lemon in half, slice it and put it on both sides of the fish, and evenly spread salt on the fish.
3. Put two slices of ginger and appropriate amount of green onions on the fish.
4. Put the fish in the bottom of the pot and put it in a container with water, because the fish is a little big. I use a wok with a little steamed fish and soy sauce in it.
The fish is steamed out of the pot, and the lemon will be deformed because of steaming, so I cut the edge again, and put a proper amount of minced garlic on the fish.
6. sprinkle the boiled oil on the minced garlic on the fish, and the aroma will come to the nose.
