Materials:
Clean herring is about 1200g, beer 1 bottle, 2 tomatoes, common tomato sauce 140g, and 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
Seasoning:
Appropriate amount of shredded onion and ginger, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 2/3 tablespoons of salt, 3 aniseed, about 20 pepper and 3 fragrant leaves.
Exercise:
1. Peel tomatoes and dice them.
2. The herring is decapitated, the fins are cut, the internal organs are washed, and the water is dried.
3. Heat a non-stick pan, pour in a proper amount of oil, add herring after the oil temperature is 50% hot, and fry on medium heat until both sides of herring slightly change color.
4. Put the fried herring neatly into the rice cooker for later use.
5. Heat the remaining oil of fried fish. After the oil temperature is 50%, add shredded onion and ginger, aniseed and pepper and stir fry.
6. Add diced tomatoes and stir-fry over low heat until the tomatoes are soft and rotten.
