The first step to wash the palms of the hands : running water to wet hands, applying hand sanitizer (or with soap), palms opposite each other, fingers together and rubbing each other.

The fifth step is to wash your thumb: hold your thumb in one hand and rotate it in the other, and exchange hands.
The sixth step is to wash the fingertips: Bend the knuckles of one hand, bring the fingertips together, and then put them in the palm of the other hand to rotate and rub, and exchange hands.
Step 7 Wash Wrists: Rub your wrists and arms and exchange hands.
When to wash your hands
Before touching the "susceptible" parts, and after touching the contaminated items, you should wash your hands.
