1. Wash and chop the chicken, add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and ginger slices, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

6. After uncovering the lid, pour in half a bag of fresh milk, 1/2 tablespoons of salt and 1/3 tablespoons of sugar, stir well, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Prepare chicken or chicken nuggets, ginger, general condiments, potatoes, green peppers and onions (vegetables are distributed according to personal preferences).
It's simple and convenient to go to the supermarket to buy curry seasoning for curry chicken, boxed and packed in pieces. Curry powder is not easy to use!
